Entirely funded by the taxi operator, our help points are installed, managed and maintained by us at zero cost to you. All taxi operators are rigorously vetted and bound to a strict SLA covering pricing, performance and conduct, and we actively manage the taxi operator and handle any complaints.
Access to services
Available in a variety of sizes, Infopoint units provide a direct line to the taxi firm plus free calling to additional numbers. Fully customisable, our units typically provide access to things like your main switchboard, student services and the students’ union, National Rail and public transport information, emergency services and confidential health and advice helplines.
