InfoPoint produces a range of free phone Help Points connecting customers quickly and easily to services and information. They are the ideal solution for your transport terminal helping you save staff time and, importantly, providing an essential and added-value service to end users.
InfoPoint’s Help Points are already being used with excellent results at bus, rail, coach and ferry terminals, and airports and can be installed and maintained at an average cost of just £45* per week.
As part of this charge, InfoPoint will install and pay costs associated with the phone lines as well as providing and maintaining all equipment.
Plus, the unit can be customised to incorporate your brand logo and identity. Our in-house design team will work closely with you on the design of your Help Point to ensure it complements your business, all covered under the annual fee.
By negotiating contributions from local organisations listed on the Help Point including taxi companies, some transport terminals have been able to reduce the annual charge. InfoPoint has considerable experience in handling negotiations of this nature and would be happy to help you with this.
Every transport provider’s needs are different so InfoPoint’s range includes 6-button, 12-button and even a multi-line option containing up to 80 pre-programmed numbers allowing you to choose the right product for you.
InfoPoint 6-Line Help Point
The 6-Line Help Point is the ideal solution when space is at a premium. Measuring approximately 1ft x 3ft the 6-Line option will fit neatly into the ticket hall or waiting area to allow users to make free phone calls quickly and easily. Choose up to six service or information providers including, for example, your customer services department, other rail/bus/coach/ferry/airline customer services departments, lost property, Traveline or the British Transport Police and allow your staff to focus on revenue-generating activities like ticket sales.

InfoPoint 12-Line Help Point
The 12-Line Help Point offers the simplicity of the single push-button operation with the flexibility of 12 pre-programmable autodial numbers.
With 12 numbers at your disposal you can provide your customers with a wider range of services and information including direct free phone links to local attractions and amenities, tourist information, disabled assistance, other transport providers, local hotels, the British Transport Police - the list really is endless and there’s total flexibility to make sure it meets yours and your end users’ needs.

InfoPoint Directory Multi-Line Help Point
The Multi-Line Help Point can store up to 80 pre-programmed telephone numbers. Users simply locate the service or information provider they wish to call using the directory listing and then enter the two-digit speed-dial number to connect. The larger size of this particular unit allows additional information to be included on the unit, for example a local area map, a transport route map and detailed information about local services. Ideal for large areas like a terminal concourse.
