Anglia Ruskin University

Anglia Ruskin University is based on two main campuses, Cambridge and Chelmsford. With a student population of 25,500 it’s one of the largest universities in the East of England and a large provider of part-time education.

Anglia Ruskin University worked closely with InfoPoint and decided to install the Multi-Line Directory Help Point to connect students with a vast number of information and service providers completely free of charge. Three Help Points were installed in the university’s Cambridge, Chelmsford and Fulbourn campuses. The units link students to internal departments including the library, student advisers and finance and external organisations including local cinemas, taxi companies, NHS Direct and banks.
Following the success of the Help Points, the university will shortly install a fourth unit in the Peterborough campus.
