If you need help then, InfoPoint will help you choose which service providers will be featured on your unit and install the Help Point at your convenience. The unit features Self Monitoring and Reporting Technology (SMART) allowing it to be reprogrammed remotely. After installation InfoPoint’s engineers will inspect and maintain the unit on a regular basis, all with no charge.
